Thanks to an efficient logistics system in the background, we can dispatch prepaid orders on the day payment is confirmed and cash on delivery orders can be dispatched the day they are placed. However, we cannot guarantee this is always possible, as shortages in supply may sometimes occur. We deliver our products with the Deutschen Paketdienst (DPD) or by DHL.
The prices of the products displayed in the shop include VAT and other price components but do not include the transport or shipping costs and neither do they include customs or other additional duty.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge delivery costs in accordance with the delivery cost specifications below.
For cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of 6.00 € shall be charged. (see shipping cost table)
For COD deliveries shipped, upon your request, with DHL, an additional fee of 2.00 € shall be charged and collected by the local DHL/post courier. No further fees are to be charged.
You shall be informed once again about the shipping costs on the product page, in the shopping cart system and on the order site.
